• Room Details:
o Downstairs: Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and two twin beds.
o Second Floor: One bedroom with queen bunk beds, and another with a king bed.
o Third Floor: Two bedrooms, each with a king bed, and a third with queen bunk beds.
Additional Details
• Pet-Friendly: Two dogs under 50 pounds are welcome (non-refundable $500 fee per pet). Please review our rental policies for further details.
• Pool Heating: The pool can be heated for an additional fee.
• Age Requirement: All guests must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Beautiful

This home is absolutely stunning. Lots of great amenities to make it easy for a lot of people comfortable. The property manager was great. This home is a new build and we had several issues w things in the house. Just needs for someone to go through and make sure everything is working correctly. We spent a lot of money and we were only there 3 nights and it did take too much time away from our trip.resolving issues. However, we would definitely stay there again. It is a great location with a grocery store close by.

Three story house by the beach

The property is new and wonderful for our first family vacation with four couples and all of their children. Everyone had their own beds/bedrooms to share as families! There were still some "inspection list" builder items that needed finished and fixed, however. The swimming pool/spa was wonderful too! (Until it turned green during the week and the pool maintenance man came to adjust the chemicals and we lost the use of the pool until the next day.)The outdoor pavilion was nice, but the grill and grill utensils were very dirty, and the lights did not work. The hosts were very helpful when we discovered there were no clothes hangers in the house and a trash receptacle was needed in the lower level (pool Level), as well as outdoor mats by the front and back doors to keep out much of the sand. The hosts had those items brought rapidly! All in all this house rental was a huge blessing for our family! We are very grateful for the opportunity to stay here, and you would be too!
