You will be able to enjoy a family meal in this condo as it is stocked with all of the kitchen appliances you will need.

Offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, this luxury 6th floor condo is housed in the gorgeous high-rise Seychelles resort that stands 22 stories above the sparkling, sugary-white sands and emerald green waters. Seychelles is conveniently located within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park and only moments from the marina, where you can enjoy excursions to Shell Island. Seychelles is also convenient to the area's best dining, nightlife, water park, zoo, deep sea fishing, sailing, diving, snorkeling, and other area attractions. This beautiful, family-friendly complex is the perfect spot for your next vacation.

PARKING
at the premises is limited to two cars in the off peak season. During peak season complexes have the right to monitor parking and limit one vehicle to the garage.
For the Seychelles complex only one car unless otherwise noted on webpage
Parking passes are restricted to ONE (1) per unit during the following periods—
May 1 through July 27
August 27 through September 3
October- Sunday of Schooner’ LobsterFest, should it occur
**Extended Blackout dates are due to the garage repair work**

No boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs.

Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older unless they are a child of a registered guest.

Second Time Staying at Seychelles

Very nice accommodations. The check-in process was quick and easy. Parking garage is right across a small road with a walkway at the unloading area to the building. The elevators were plentiful, which is always nice at a large resort. This is our second time staying at this resort. We will be back.

Home away from home! Our stay was great.

Great place great location! We're older so that end of the beach near St Andrews is more our style. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Also Winn Dixie and Publix is just a short drive if you would rather cook. The only negatives were no ramp getting to the beach and cleanliness of the condo. The cleaning fee doesn't justify how the condo looked. It wasn't terrible but I've seen better. I would stay there again! Overall I still give it 5 stars.

Parking is an issue

Overall, we were pleased with our condo. Would like to have had a larger tv in the main living area, but understand that is what fits the armoire. The kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you will need. However, we will not be back to Seychelles until the parking is resolved. To only be allowed 1 parking space per unit is ridiculous and inconvenient.

Unit was very clean, decorated nice and the condos are convenient to restaurants and shopping. (Walking distance). The staff we encountered were helpful, polite and very hospitable (including the chair/ umbrella rental people on the beach)

Amazing view

Hubby and I stayed two weeks. Amazing view and spectacular sunsets viewed from the balcony. Comfortable bed. Nicely stocked kitchen. Very clean.

Great place!

The property manager checked in with us and was so helpful! When we had questions she would return out call in only minutes time. The place has a gorgeous view, nice room, 2?bathrooms, and a kitchen you have supplies to cook in. Pools are nice with only a few stairs to access the beach. Loved it even during Hurricane Sandy!

Amazing Getaway

We love Seychelles & are return visitors! This unit met all of our expectations, plus some! It was clean, kitchen was stocked with the essentials & to our surprise it was also stocked with extras like washing powders , dishwasher packets & trash bags. We always bring our own because most units don't supply these. It was a nice surprise. Also, loved the decor and the hand paintings! The view from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the dolphins in the mornings while having our breakfast. There was one minor hiccup with the AC upon arrival, however one quick call to Lori and a repair man was there to correct this issue. Fantastic customer service on her behalf. We couldn't have asked for anything better! Thanks so much for everything! We truly enjoyed our stay!

Family Friendly

Our family enjoyed our stay in room 602! The beds are super comfy, and the veiw of the beach is wonderful. I loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. Easy access to the beach and pool deck. It was very quite, I never heard anyone from outside while in the condo. I would stay here again!
