“During a time period beginning in late September 2023 and continuing through March 2024, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects that will potentially impact our residences and their guests. These include structural repairs and re-painting portions of the eastern half of the building (stacks 01 through 05), structural repairs on all levels of the parking deck, skybridge floor resurfacing, beach boardwalk access replacement, and HVAC repairs. During this time, some common area amenities such as the eastern outdoor pool, various parking spaces, skybridge access, beach access, HVAC, etc., will be impacted or unavailable.”
