This lovely one bedroom, two bath unit is the perfect for your beach vacation! From your 2nd floor balcony, enjoy the stunning views of the Gulf! There is a spacious living room and kitchen, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. Included in the kitchen is a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals or to enjoy your favorite cocktail. Also provided in the unit is a washer and dryer. This beautiful condo features a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, built-in bunk beds in the hallway and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Unit will sleep up to six guests comfortably and is the perfect getaway for you and your family. Seychelles Beach Resort has some of the quickest elevators on the beach so you and your family won't spend time waiting on an elevator to come! Enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the Gulf in seconds!

Seychelles Beach Resort is located on the east end of the beach, close to shops and restaurants, as well as amusements such as a zoo, deep sea fishing, sailing, diving and many other area attractions. It is within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park and right next to Schooners Restaurant!

PARKING
at the premises is limited to two cars in the off peak season. During peak season complexes have the right to monitor parking and limit one vehicle to the garage.
For the Seychelles complex only one car unless otherwise noted on webpage
Parking passes are restricted to ONE (1) per unit during the following periods—
May 1 through July 27
August 27 through September 3
October- Sunday of Schooner’ LobsterFest, should it occur
**Extended Blackout dates are due to the garage repair work**

No boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs.

Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older unless they are a child of a registered guest.

Simply amazing

This was our first time staying at this location. The room was great, we loved being on the 2nd floor over the pool. We had great access to the beach as well and the amazing Schooners. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Our kids had the best time at the pools and beach. They also made several friends. It was just all around a great experience and everything we hoped for. We will definitely be coming back!

Being on the second floor of Seychelles made everything super easy between checking in/out or making your way to the beach. The condo is walking distance to a few restaurants, and while the beach was busy for Memorial Day weekend, I would say it is located in a family friendly/low key section of PCB. The condo was as pictured. Quiet during quiet hours, but the balcony is close to the pool, which can be noisy during the day. A higher condo would avoid that, but you truly can’t beat the easy access to the 3rd floor parking deck and first floor beach level. The kitchen is a bit tight, and the stove was difficult(can’t open all the way) to use because the refrigerator is too deep. Overall a great place and a great stay!

Summer Getawsy

We enjoyed are stay and will definitely book it again. Seychelles has been our go to place for many years. The room was nicely decorated and amazingly clean. Management checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we were happy.

Wonderful spot, the beach was clean and the water looked like glass it was so clear. The view from the room was exactly as we expected and what we came for. We don’t have kids but it seemed like a great place for families with children from the pool to the activities nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a COVID friendly rental and this fit the bill as we were able to access the second floor unit via stairs without using the indoor lobby and elevator. We could also walk down the stairs and just past the eating establishment next door to use the public beach access without entering the lobby/pool area due to social distancing concerns. The view was great and the amenities were nice and clean. It is about a 2500 step walk to the pier and 5000 step walk to the state park jetty one way which we really enjoyed. Mask use in this area is dismal, so this was a perfect door to door safe and relaxing vacation rental for us. We learned after we had checked in that there are dollies and an overpass from the parking deck on the third floor. This made checking out much easier than checking in. We were also able to instacart groceries in from a local Publix which was very convenient.

This room was great

This room was really nice and close to everything. The kitchen was a bit small if you cook but it is a great 1 bedroom condo!!! We had everything we needed to begin and end the week . I will definitely try to rent this room again!!

Fast response from property manager

There were minor issues of needing blankets, missing parking decals and such but this was promptly handled by the property manager. We had no unresolved issues. This is our favorite condo to stay in when vacationing in PCB

The Condo is exactly what the pictures look like! Very clean, spacious and the kitchen is more than well stocked! If you have any questions and you message them through airbnb they respond quickly. The location of the condo is perfect, right on the beach on the second floor! There are two pools, which helps with crowding! I will definitely recommend this condo and will be back!
