Our family of six adults and an infant had a wonderful stay!! Great location, amazing sunset views, & nearby restaurants. The condo was beautifully renovated, decorated and beds were comfy! Cannot wait until next time!

This is a great condo. The furnishings, kitchen and dining are well-done. We were very comfortable. Getting in and out was easy. It is a great location to near-by restaurants and the parking and elevators were easy to use. The best part was the balcony with a direct and close-by view of the ocean and the western sunsets were remarkable. Will definitely stay again!

This is our second time staying in this condo and it has not disappointed yet! The view is spectacular. Having Schooners right next door is also convenient as their food is always delicious. The only thing I would recommend is maybe invest in some memory foam bed toppers. The mattresses are so hard and very uncomfortable with those of us who have issues. Having a restful sleep on vacation is what we all want :) If you sign the guest book, please look back through what other families have said. You will know what I am talking about if you stay here. We will definitely be back!

This was one of the nicest condos i have stayed in at pcb. We have stayed at seychelles before and like the area. This condo was very homey and had absolutely everything we needed and then some. So well decorated and every detail had been well thought out. Would definitely stay here again:)

This unit was beautifully decorated and had lots of extra touches like lots of games, books, beginning supplies, a couple beach chairs, a few beach towels, and even some packets of condiments. For the coffee lovers, there is both a regular coffee maker and a k-cups! There was even coffee filters there for me. The kitchen was well supplied including a wine cork and a pizza cutter! The only con is that the unit does not have a dead bolt. I like having that extra security.

Seychelles has always been our choice over the last several years! And this condo is definitely our favorite! We had everything we needed! 3 great bedrooms for us to spread out and the view is amazing. We love being next door to Schooners! Highly recommend!

Best thing is the wonderful wrap around porch with 3 accesses. Large living areas and Bedroom 1 and 2 were large. Bedroom 3 was small with room just for a bed but 2 adults slept here fine.

We stayed a week at 1409 Seychelles from June 19-26. For the most part, the condo was a great fit for us since we had our two adult sons with us and they could each have their own bedrooms. Our biggest concern early in the trip was the noise in the condo when there was wind outside. It sounded like a plane was buzzing the condo constantly and made it difficult to sleep or hear the TV at times. Fortunately, this went away after about 3 days once the wind wasn’t as strong outside. The living room furniture and bedding are a bit ‘tired’ and could be updated but overall the condo worked for us. We usually stay on Thomas Drive and this is the first time we’ve stayed this far down the beach. The beach in this area does get narrower and with the beach chairs provided by the beach service, there is not a lot of space for other chairs in front of the condo. We found we had to walk a ways down past Schooners to get a spot where we didn’t feel like everyone was on top of each other. This was with getting out on the beach by 9 each morning so it got even more crowded during the day. Check in and out was easy and communication with the rental company Gulf Coast Beachfronts was good. We would book through them again.

The condo was super clean and perfect for everyone who stayed. The only downside was that it was not kid-friendly. We had a lot of "no - don't touch that" throughout our stay but overall would recommend everyone stay in a wrap around balcony due to the view in the early morning and late evening. It is worth every penny :)

Beautiful place, excellent views & the sound of the waves is worth the stay. Pictures are true to form, very pretty and comfortable inside. The wrap around balcony was pretty cool. We had two small issues but they were corrected within the hour! Quick response! Restaurant right outside, they had yummy food! Worth the visit. The pools were cleaned, jacuzzi was nice and hot. Very easy check in and check out. We felt safe and secured. Over all we will stay here again when we visit Panama Beach again. Nice weekend getaway ??.

This property has it all. A wonderful gulf view. Schooner's for adult mingling. Nice, comfy and secure for the teens to have a tad bit of freedom. We loved our stay and definitely plan on returning!!

My son is in the military and we haven’t seen him in 8 months. He finally got to come home for a visit. We wanted to do something fun and special during his visit so we planned a trip to the beach. We are so glad we picked this condo. It was perfect. Beautifully decorated with plenty of room for 7 busy adults. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with every item and gadget you would have in your own home. Having such a nice and comfortable place to stay enabled us to really enjoy our time with our son. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Lori was incredible to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The first night we were there, I noticed the A/C was not working right. I let her know early the next morning and it was fixed within a few hours. She did a great job and I’m thankful we got to work with her.

This was our second time at Seychelles Resort. This unit was absolutely beautiful, very big and accommodated our family of five wonderfully. They have everything you could ask for in the kitchen and bathrooms! All you need to buy is food, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and trash bags. I wish they had left one dishwasher pack and laundry pack and a trash bag or two but it wasn't a big deal to get that stuff. The best surprise for us was all the extra beach toys, boogie boards and chairs for the beach! Our littlest one had a blast with all the buckets, shovels and nets to catch fish! We hope to be back to Seychelles again and this will be where we stay!!

The size and the view were perfect for our family Christmas. Five adults. We decorated for Christmas. We had great walks on the beach and more shells than we have seen at PCB in over ten years of staying in this same building. Kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was nice. We may have to make this a new family tradition.

The pictures do not do this condo and the view justice! The décor was perfect for the beach setting and very user friendly. I had my morning coffee on the veranda everyday and watched all the fishing boats going out for the day and of course seeing the seagulls and dolphins. We were there during stingray mating season and there was 2-3 different fever swimming right in front of our condo. We also saw a bull shark every morning swimming up and down the shore. The uni twas incredibly clean, polished and felt very comfortable. This will be our vacation destination from now on.

Perfect location for our family with our adult kids and 6 month old grandson. Close to St Andrews park where we love hanging out at Pier in the evening to watch the dolphins. We also go to Gator lake in the park to look for alligators. The condo was very clean and had everthing we needed for the week. The view from the balcony was amazing. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo is amazing, it's got to be the best view in Panama city beach, the front you have the gulf and around back you can see the docks at Cpt. Anderson's I would defiantly recommend this condo .

The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the supplies needed for cooking and playing at the beach. The end unit gave us a wonderful panoramic view of the beach and the strip which we enjoyed with morning coffee and evening cocktails! Beach service was a great bonus. Everything was clean and in good condition. Lori was a great help getting us checked in and was very accommodating. The price was right which allowed each of our kids to have their own bedroom so everyone had a place to wind down and relax - the purpose of the long weekend getaway. Thanks for sharing your beach-side paradise with our family.

We just returned this past Saturday from a week vacation! This condo was absolutely perfect! The view is amazing! You can see the city lit up at night along with a great view of the beach and ocean! We were very pleased with our accommodations. This unit is very clean and nicely decorated. The wrap around porch is wonderful! Kitchen had everything we needed also! Love the location of this complex, away from the major crowds of PCB! This end is more family oriented, and the beach is not too crowded. Being right next to Schooners is a plus! Also, with this condo, you get 2 beach chairs with umbrella for free for the week. Just have to reserve the ones you want. 2 pools with hot tubs each were great for the kids! The owners were very easy to work with! We had a family of 6, and it was very comfortable. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

This condo is spacious, clean, equipped with everything imaginable, and it's beautifully decorated. It included unexpected extras... beach toys, beach chair, boogie boards, beautiful pics of the family, Netflix, etc. Everything went smoothly from start to end. It was nice to have a keyless entry the whole time so no one had to worry about keys on the beach. It was also nice that the building required a 4-digit code to get in (pool access, lobby, back door, etc). We felt safe. All of the people we crossed paths with in the elevators, at the pools, and at the beach were very nice and family oriented. The parking garage was a quick walk and easy to get in and out of. The restaurant next door, Schooners, was perfect! There are plenty of grocery stores nearby. The wrap-around balcony was breathtaking. The decor of the unit is gorgeous! We are from New Orleans and have utilized vrbo.com for multiple trips (Gulf Shores, Pensacola, Gatlinburg, and Disney a few times). Out of all of the condos we've rented, we have liked this the most. I will recommend it to friends, for sure! We hope to be back next summer.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer six weeks ago and had to cancel our big trip to Disney World. I was nervous because it was getting late to book something. We are used to staying on that end of the beach and always wanted to stay at Seychelles. Your condo was amazing! Not knowing how much I could do by the time we got to the beach, I wanted a place to relax if I got tired. Your condo is better in person than even the pictures can capture. I know sometimes that condo owners don't want to have personal pictures but I loved seeing some around the condo. It made me feel at home and welcomed. The fridge did not cool due to the cleaning service accidentally turning it down and the maintenance called us back so fast that we missed the call. I think we spent as much money at Schooners as the cost of the condo! We have loved Schooners for a long time. Huge plus was the beach chairs being included. Austin is no longer working but Andrew kept us laughing and was fabulous. The only two things that I would suggest is a bigger pot. We always do a low country boil and we had to combine pots from my sister in laws condo. Also if we could have at least one cabinet for food items. Our crowd is large and really didn't have anywhere to put dry food. However, who cares, next time I will bring my own pot and bucket in order to stay at your condo again. Again thank you for allowing us the privilege to feel like Royalty!

This condo exceeded my expectations. I've stayed in some of the upper level condos, but this is my favorite. I usually come with my daughters' family but this year I talked my husband into leaving the dealership behind for a week. He was awe struck over the views and the wrap around balcony. He caught a lot of red snapper on a fisher trip. There were more than enough towels, pillows, 2 sets of dishes and silverware, loads of cookware. They even had big pots to cooked our shrimp and crab boil. There are 4 flat screens so everybody was happy. By far the cleanest Condo I have stayed in at Seychelles. We will definitely be back next year.
